1. Heat Press: Ideal for bags, clothing and headwear
2. Screen Print: Ideal for bags, t-shirts, umbrellas, coolers and other smaller items like notebooks and folders
3. Garment Print: Ideal for garments that are ready for Digital Garment Printing.
4. Digital Printing: Ideal for bags, drinkware and notebooks.
5. Embroidery: Ideal for any type of clothing and headwear items, like shirts or peak caps, as well as other textile gifts like bags.
6. Hot Foil Stamp: Ideal for both genuine and imitation leather and PU products
7. Engraving: Ideal for awards, stainless steel accessories, flasks, pens and mugs,
8. Deboss: Ideal for both genuine and imitation (PU) leather products.
9. Emboss: Ideal for fabrics, leather, metal, paper, plastic and silicone.
10. Pad Printing: Ideal for small plastic items such as keyholders, pens, torches and USB’s.
11. Sublimation: Only suitable for white products made from at least 60% polyester and products coated with a polymer.
12. Domed Sticker: Ideal for products with a purpose-made recessed plaque.
13. Direct To Product: Ideal for bags, drinkware and garments.
14. Vinyl Sticker: Ideal for branding products or packaging boxes

Artwork Formats

Our preferred artwork format is Vector format with the following extensions.

File extensions: .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .cdr

Vector images are made up of smooth lines separating different parts and different colours in your artwork. Vector images allow us to adjust and scale your logo without it becoming blurry and we’re also then able to adjust certain features, such as colour, in your artwork – where required. This will enable the print on your item to look sharp and defined.

Do You Have Vector Artwork Ready

If so, then please email it to hello@promo-ling.com. If not, don’t stress. All you need is an image of your logo and we will happily convert it to vector format for you. We’ll ensure your logo looks its best, while ticking all the boxes required for branding

Branding Set Up Fees

Branding set up fees are different for each product requirement depending on the style required

It is important to note that a setup fee is NOT an artwork design fee.

The setup fee covers the cost of gathering, collecting, and organising the printing materials, such as the mixing of colours, the preparation of the screens, pads, etching plates, as well as mixing the eco-friendly chemicals we use. It also covers the cost of the calibration of the machines required to complete the branding of your products.
